Equipment

This is the core equipment I use to work on projects. I also have portable bandsaws, chop saws, angle grinders, and many more tools I use on job sites, along with a number of other tools like drill presses at my shop. These are just my major pieces of equipment I use.

Welder

Miller Electric Multimatic 220 AC/DC

Can be used for AC and DC TIG (for mild and stainless steel, and aluminum), MIG, Flux Core, and Stick.

Can be used on both 110-120 volt or 220-250 volt power

TIG

The machine can do carbon “mild” steel, stainless steel, and aluminum in thicknesses from 18 gauge (.0478”, 1.214 mm) to 1/4” (6.35 mm).

I use mainly ERS70S-2 for mild, 308 for stainless, and 4043 for aluminum.

MIG/Flux core

It can do mild steel from 18 (.0478”, 1.214 mm) gauge to 1/2”+ (12.7 mm+).

I mainly use .030” ERS70S-6 wire for MIG, and .035” E71G-TS for flux core.

Stick

It is capable of welding mild steel from 1/8” (3.175 mm) to 1/2”+ (12.7 mm+).

I use mainly 6010 and 7018 rods.
