Welding

I can do most any residential and small-scale business welding job you can think of. NAC has the tools and experience to do all common thicknesses and grades of carbon “mild” steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. I’m willing to do both small repair jobs, and larger residential fabrication. No matter how big or small your job is, my eye for detail will make sure every job will be done right!

Mobile Welding

I come fully prepared for any job out in the field. I have a welding trailer that I can quickly and easily bring to your location. For outdoor projects, or places that don’t have wiring capable of running a welder off of, I have a 9000 watt gas generator.

Repair Work

Whether you have an old lawnmower deck that needs a hole patched, or a hinge on a gate welded back on, we can do it! I mainly do repairs of broken welds, or sheet metal repair and replacement.

Fabrication

At this current time, I am only set up for smaller fabrication jobs, such as fences, railings, yard art, or other home goods. I am very willing to look at any projects you may have! If I do not have the tools to help you myself, I probably know someone who might be able to help.

Processes

My main machine is a Miller Multimatic 220 AC/DC, which can either be run off a “household” 110-120 volt circut, or from an 220-240 volt supply, like my generator. I prefer to only do stick, MIG, and flux core away from my shop, but if necessary I can do TIG on site.

TIG

I can do carbon “mild” steel, stainless steel, and aluminum in thicknesses from 18 gauge (.0478”, 1.214 mm) to 1/4” (6.35 mm).

I use mainly ERS70S-2 for mild, 308 for stainless, and 4043 for aluminum.

MIG/Flux core

I can do mild steel from 18 (.0478”, 1.214 mm) gauge to 1/2”+ (12.7 mm+).

I mainly use .030” ERS70S-6 wire for MIG, and .035” E71G-TS for flux core.

Stick

I can do mild steel from 1/8” (3.175 mm) to 1/2”+ (12.7 mm+).

I use mainly 6010 and 7018 rods.
